Sure! Basically once you book a date, we will coordinate with you to ensure we have a good delivery location and time. At the agreed upon time, we will deliver your item(s) and answer any set up question you may have. We will also coordinate pick up the following day.

Once we retrieve all items and they are clean and in proper working order we will initiate the refund of your security deposit and look forward to serving you again soon.

The only exception to this is the Foam Cannon which is rented in 2-hour increments. We will still coordinate drop off / pick up and ensure you understand how to set up, operate the cannon and tear down/clean.

Delivery is free within 25 miles of Brunswick, GA (typically includes any deliveries to St Simons Island, Jekyll Island or Brunswick).

Deliveries outside of Glynn County may incur a delivery charge.

• Between 25-40 miles: $35

• Greater than 40 miles: $50

Yes we do. The security deposit is generally half of the renal price per item selected. It is credited back once all items are returned clean and in proper working order as agreed upon in the rental contract.

Things happen, we understand. If you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours of your event date. Otherwise the full rental fee will be charged.

We try to make paying as simple as possible! We take major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Typically, no, we don’t. This is in an effort to keep our prices as affordable as possible and to allow maximum flexibility for our customers and their event needs.
